Renee A. Buxton

Ms. Buxton earned her B.A. at the University of Wisconsin Madison in 1991 and her J.D. from DePaul College of Law in 1997. Ms. Buxton is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Appellate Lawyers Association and the McHenry County Bar Association. Ms. Buxton was also an adjunct professor for appellate advocacy at Loyola University College of Law.

Ms. Buxton concentrates her practice in all family law matters, including but not limited to, divorce, child custody and visitation matters, removal of children from the State of Illinois, financial aspects of divorce litigation including child support, maintenance, business valuations and complex property issues. Ms. Buxton is also a knowledgeable and experienced appellate attorney who has filed and argued appeals before the Second District Appellate Court.
